Dialogue: Problems with my keyboard.

A: Hello, this is Tim in IT.

B: Hi, Tim. This is Sara. I'm calling from the third floor. I've got a problem with my keyboard.

A: Good morning, Sara. Is it a standard keyboard or a wireless keyboard?

B: It's a standard one and the delete key is stuck. I've deleted a whole page of text!

A: Oh dear! So first, make sure you've saved all your work. OK, now unplug the keyboard from your PC. Next, turn it over and gently.

B: What? Are you sure?

A: Yes- if the keys have got dirt inside them, they sometimes get stuck.

B: OK... now what?

A: Now plug the keyboard in again. Press the enter key and see what happens.

B: Alright. Hey, it's working! Thanks.

A: Great!

B: Tim wait a minute. Now the s key isn't working. I'm pressing the key, but the symbol doesen't appear on the monitor.

A: Alright, I'll come and take a look. We'll try cleaning some of the keys. 

B: Thanks. I'm in room 312.

A: Can I help you sir?

B: Yes. I want to buy a laptop.

A: What sort of laptop are you looking for?

B: I need a small, light computer. I often go on buisness trips.

A: What do you need to use it for?

B: I need it for word documents and excel.

A: Do you want to use it for downloading music or films?

B:No, I don't, but I need to use the Internet a lot.

A: Ok, I think this laptop is what are you looking for. It's light, but it's also fast.

B: How much is it?

A: It's €600. It's on special offer this week, I recommend it.

B: Yes, i's exactly what i need, and it's a good price. What colours does it come in?

A: Blue, black or white.

B: OK, I'd like a blue one, please.
